  4. Delivery

Curbside only, by appointment. The driver lowers the pallet with a liftgate to the ground at the curb or end of a truck-accessible driveway. An adult must be present to inspect and sign.

  5. Inspection

Walk around the pallet, check the crate, banding and every visible surface. Write any damage or missing pieces on the delivery receipt before you sign, take photos, and email them to info@foundryfieldequipment.com within 24 hours with your order number. We file the claim with the carrier and arrange repair, parts or a full replacement at no cost. A clean signature on a damaged shipment weakens the claim, so if the damage is severe you can refuse the delivery and call us from the curb at (830) 201-0088.

    Within 24 hours

Be ready when the truck arrives.

A 53-foot trailer must get in

If the truck cannot reach your address, meet the driver at the nearest wide road or a business with a lot. Tell us when you order and we note it for the carrier.

An adult with a phone

Someone over 18 must inspect, sign and take photos. The carrier will not leave freight unattended.

Space for the pallet

The driver lowers the pallet to the ground at the curb. From there, machines drive off; crated lifts and mowers need a pallet jack or a helper.

Note damage before signing

Anything written on the delivery receipt is claimable. Anything found after the truck leaves is much harder.

The details people ask about.

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing. Every order ships free to the 48 contiguous states, no minimum. Freight is built into the price you see, and there are no surprise fuel surcharges or accessorial fees at checkout. Liftgate service is included on every freight delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Standard freight is 12 to 25 business days from the day your order is confirmed. That includes 1 to 2 days of processing at the warehouse plus LTL transit. Orders shipping to a state near one of our warehouses usually land at the shorter end of the range. Use the delivery estimator on the shipping page to see your likely window.

Is there a faster option?

Yes. Express freight is a flat $480 per order and cuts transit to 5 to 15 business days. Your order jumps the processing queue and goes out on a priority lane with the carrier. Select it at checkout or call us to add it to an order that has not shipped yet.

Where do orders ship from?

From whichever of our 6 US warehouses is closest to you and has the item in stock: Indianapolis, IN (HQ), Phoenix, AZ, Ontario, CA, Dallas, TX, Savannah, GA and Allentown, PA. If your nearest warehouse is out of stock we ship from the next closest rather than hold your order.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada?

Not at this time. Free freight and Express are available in the 48 contiguous states only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or outside the United States.

How does freight delivery work?

Heavy equipment ships LTL on a pallet or skid. The carrier calls the phone number on your order to book a delivery appointment. The driver lowers the freight to the ground with a liftgate and delivers to the curb or the end of a truck-accessible driveway. Drivers do not bring equipment inside a building or garage, and someone 18 or older must be present to inspect and sign.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. Once the warehouse hands your order to the carrier you get an email with the carrier name and PRO or tracking number. Freight tracking updates at terminal scans rather than in real time, so a gap of a day or two between updates is normal. Links to every carrier we use are on the track order page.

What if my equipment arrives damaged?

Inspect the shipment before you sign. Photograph any dents, tears, broken banding or crushed packaging, write the damage on the delivery receipt, and email the photos to info@foundryfieldequipment.com within 24 hours. We file the claim with the carrier and arrange repair, replacement parts or a full replacement at no cost to you. Signing a clean receipt on a damaged shipment makes the claim much harder.
