Fall cleanup deals are on · Free freight to the lower 48
Built for the work beneath you. · 1-year warranty on every machine, extendable at checkout.
Need it sooner? Express freight in 5-15 business days for $480 flat.
Nothing. Every order ships free to the 48 contiguous states, no minimum. Freight is built into the price you see, and there are no surprise fuel surcharges or accessorial fees at checkout. Liftgate service is included on every freight delivery.
Standard freight is 12 to 25 business days from the day your order is confirmed. That includes 1 to 2 days of processing at the warehouse plus LTL transit. Orders shipping to a state near one of our warehouses usually land at the shorter end of the range. Use the delivery estimator on the shipping page to see your likely window.
Yes. Express freight is a flat $480 per order and cuts transit to 5 to 15 business days. Your order jumps the processing queue and goes out on a priority lane with the carrier. Select it at checkout or call us to add it to an order that has not shipped yet.
From whichever of our 6 US warehouses is closest to you and has the item in stock: Indianapolis, IN (HQ), Phoenix, AZ, Ontario, CA, Dallas, TX, Savannah, GA and Allentown, PA. If your nearest warehouse is out of stock we ship from the next closest rather than hold your order.
Not at this time. Free freight and Express are available in the 48 contiguous states only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or outside the United States.
Heavy equipment ships LTL on a pallet or skid. The carrier calls the phone number on your order to book a delivery appointment. The driver lowers the freight to the ground with a liftgate and delivers to the curb or the end of a truck-accessible driveway. Drivers do not bring equipment inside a building or garage, and someone 18 or older must be present to inspect and sign.
Yes. Once the warehouse hands your order to the carrier you get an email with the carrier name and PRO or tracking number. Freight tracking updates at terminal scans rather than in real time, so a gap of a day or two between updates is normal. Links to every carrier we use are on the track order page.
Inspect the shipment before you sign. Photograph any dents, tears, broken banding or crushed packaging, write the damage on the delivery receipt, and email the photos to info@foundryfieldequipment.com within 24 hours. We file the claim with the carrier and arrange repair, replacement parts or a full replacement at no cost to you. Signing a clean receipt on a damaged shipment makes the claim much harder.
Yes. All engine-powered equipment we sell, including Typhon excavators, skid steers, tractors and mowers, is EPA certified and CARB compliant, so it can be sold and registered in all 50 states including California.
Typhon (Terror and Stomp series, Kubota-powered), Atlas, BendPak, Triumph, Tuxedo, Ideal and Alpha Mach. Each brand is listed on the brands page with its category focus and featured models.
Mostly. Excavators, skid steers and tractors arrive fully assembled and test-run, with fluids filled; you may need to attach the bucket, ROPS or a few bolt-on parts. Car lifts ship as a kit of columns, arms, hydraulic unit and hardware and require assembly and anchoring. Mowers need the seat, handles or discharge chute fitted. Every unit ships with a printed manual.
We strongly recommend it. A two-post or four-post lift must be anchored into concrete of the correct thickness and strength and set plumb, and most jurisdictions and insurers expect a certified installer. Our installation guides cover site prep, and we can refer you to an installer in your area.
A minimum of 4 inches of 3,000 PSI reinforced concrete, cured at least 28 days, level to within 3 degrees. Heavier lifts (12,000 lb and above) generally need 6 inches. Check the spec sheet for your model, and never anchor into asphalt, pavers or a slab with a known crack under the column footprint.
Typhon Terror and Stomp machines use Kubota diesel engines, chosen for parts availability and service coverage at any Kubota dealer in the US. Smaller 1-ton class units may use a Briggs and Stratton or Kohler gas engine; the product page lists the engine for each model.
Yes, that is exactly where 1 to 2.5 ton class machines shine: trenching, grading, stump removal, footings and drainage on lots too tight for full-size equipment. A 1-ton unit fits through a 36 inch gate. Check the machine width on the product page against your access points before you order.
Yes. Call (830) 201-0088 with the job you need to do, the space you have and how often you will run the machine. We will tell you honestly whether a smaller or larger unit fits, and whether a combo deal saves you money.
Yes. Buckets, thumbs, augers, forks, lift accessories and wear parts are available for the equipment we sell. Email the model and serial number to info@foundryfieldequipment.com for a parts quote. Engine parts for Kubota-powered units are also available through any Kubota dealer.

The initial review is a soft inquiry that does not affect your score. A hard inquiry only happens if you accept an offer and the lender finalizes the agreement. Final rates and terms are set by the lender, not by Foundry Field Industrial.
Yes. Landscapers, contractors, rental yards, dealers and shops buying multiple units can apply under the business name. We also accept purchase orders from established businesses and government entities on approved credit; email info@foundryfieldequipment.com to set up terms.

Email warranty@foundryfieldequipment.com with your order number, the model and serial number, a description of the fault and photos or a short video. You get a response within 1 to 2 business days with the next step, which is usually shipping a replacement part or authorizing a local repair.
Normal wear items (tracks, tires, blades, teeth, filters, belts, batteries, fluids), damage from misuse, overloading or accidents, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications, cosmetic wear and any unit with an altered or missing serial number. Engines are additionally covered by the engine manufacturer where applicable.
The standard 1-year warranty stays with the machine and transfers to a new owner within the original term. Email warranty@foundryfieldequipment.com with the serial number and the new owner's contact details so we can update the record.
For most claims we ship replacement parts direct to you. Where labor is required we authorize a local mechanic or equipment shop and cover the approved labor cost. Kubota engine issues can be handled at any authorized Kubota dealer under the engine warranty.
You have 15 days from delivery to request a return. The equipment must be unused, unfilled with fuel and in its original packaging, and you need a Return Authorization (RA) number from us before shipping anything back. Full details are on the returns page.
For a change of mind or wrong-size return, the customer pays the return freight. If the item arrived damaged or is defective, we arrange and pay for the return and the replacement. Return freight on heavy equipment typically runs several hundred dollars, so call us first if you are unsure about a model.
Once the returned item is received and inspected at the warehouse, refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 2 to 5 days to post it.
No. Returns are accepted on unused equipment only. Once a machine has been fueled, run or put to work it is no longer eligible for return, though it remains fully covered by the 1-year warranty for any defect.
Not if the item comes back complete, unused and in its original packaging. If packaging, manuals, hardware or accessories are missing, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted to cover repackaging and replacement parts.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and bank wire transfer. Wire is recommended for orders over $10,000 and for business purchases; email us for wire instructions. Financed orders are paid by the lender directly.
Sales tax is collected where required by law based on the delivery address, and is shown before you confirm the order. Tax-exempt businesses, farms and resellers can email a valid exemption certificate to info@foundryfieldequipment.com before ordering and we will remove the tax.
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it, at no charge. Call (830) 201-0088 or email with your order number and the change. After 24 hours the order may already be palletized or on a truck; changes are then subject to the return policy and any freight already incurred.
