What you get as a Foundry Field dealer.

Tiered pricing

Three volume tiers below retail, reviewed quarterly. Move more units and the tier follows automatically; nothing to renegotiate.

Drop-ship or stock

Sell from our inventory and have it shipped free to your customer from the nearest warehouse, or take stock into your yard at dealer freight rates.

Protected territory

One active dealer per territory. We do not sign a second dealer in your region while you are meeting the volume floor.

We handle warranty

Our Indianapolis desk processes claims and ships parts direct to your customer or your shop. You are not the parts department.

Sales material

Spec sheets, photos, comparison guides and a two-hour product walkthrough by video for your sales staff. Updated every catalog cycle.

A named contact

Dedicated dealer contact for stock checks, quotes and lead referrals from our site in your territory. Same-day answers Mon-Fri.

Who we work with.

We are not looking for the most dealers, we are looking for the right ones. If you meet most of these and can explain the gaps, apply. We read every application.

  • An active LLC, corporation or partnership with a resale certificate for your state.
  • A yard, showroom or shop customers can visit. Online-only resellers are considered case by case.
  • Equipment rental, farm and ranch supply, outdoor power, automotive service or shop equipment sales.
  • A realistic path to 4 or more units per month within the first six months.
  • Someone on staff who can do a pre-delivery check and basic first-line support, or a partner who can.
  • Willingness to hold advertised pricing at or above our published minimums so every dealer competes on service, not markdown.

From application to first order.
