contact@foundryfieldequipment.comMost claims are resolved by shipping the replacement part free of charge with phone support to fit it. Where labor is needed we authorize a local mechanic and cover the approved labor, or bring the unit in for repair. If a fault cannot be corrected, we replace the machine.
Parts, labor or replacementNote the damage on the delivery receipt before signing, photograph the crate and the machine from all sides, and email info@foundryfieldequipment.com within 24 hours with your order number. We file with the carrier, and we pay for the replacement parts or the full replacement unit and its freight. If you sign clean and report damage later, the carrier will usually deny the claim, so take the two minutes at the curb.
Add up to 3 years to the standard 1-year warranty at the time of purchase or within 30 days of delivery. Extended coverage carries the same parts and labor terms and the same 1-2 day response. Pricing depends on the machine, so call or email for a quote.
